LG Display has recently introduced a new delivery service at its Paju facility, utilizing autonomous robots powered by artificial intelligence. This innovative service aims to streamline the delivery process from a coffee shop located within the facility to various buildings where employees work. Notably, this marks the first outdoor robot delivery service in an industrial complex in South Korea.

The delivery robots are designed to navigate the area efficiently, recognizing obstacles and moving at a speed comparable to that of a person walking briskly. Given the size of the Paju site, which is larger than 150 soccer fields, the robots will significantly reduce the time and distance employees need to travel to pick up their orders.
