The Kioti RT100 is an innovative autonomous transport robot recently showcased at the World FIRA trade fair. Developed by the South Korean company Daedong Kioti, this robot is designed to enhance efficiency in various agricultural and industrial applications. With its advanced navigation technology, including GPS and sensors, the RT100 can operate smoothly in different environments while carrying heavy loads, making it particularly useful for tasks like transporting fruit crates.
This robot stands out for its energy efficiency, operating quietly without emissions, and can work for several hours on a single charge. It features three autonomous modes, allowing it to navigate independently, follow workers, or be guided by a person. This flexibility ensures that it can assist in tasks such as fruit picking while maintaining a safe distance from obstacles.
Measuring just 1.65 by 1.23 meters and weighing 380 kilograms, the RT100 is compact yet powerful, capable of climbing steep inclines and moving at a speed of 6 km/h. Its design prioritizes safety, reducing the risk of tipping over on uneven terrain. With remote control capabilities, users can easily manage tasks and monitor the robot's performance through mobile devices.
