Recently, the company's chairman and around 80 executives gathered in Seoul to discuss future strategies for leveraging these advanced technologies. This meeting was notable as it was the first time the top executives convened since the start of the year, highlighting the urgency and importance of these discussions.
During the meeting, executives emphasized the need to adopt AI and digital technologies to enhance business practices. They shared insights on how two of their energy affiliates, GS Power and GS E&R, have successfully implemented AI solutions in their operations. For instance, GS Power has developed a platform to analyze data from its power plants, while GS E&R has created a system to more accurately predict wind power generation by analyzing various environmental factors.
